Bethlehem Ma’an – Hebrew websites reported that the perpetrator of the operation at the Beit El settlement junction today is 60 years old, a resident of the Ramallah Governorate, and has no security record.

He was transferred from the scene of the accident to a hospital in Jerusalem, where his condition is stable.

According to Palestinian reports, Israeli occupation forces raided his home in the village of Rafat during the last hour.
