Beirut: Israeli drone strikes and artillery shelling have impacted multiple areas in southern Lebanon, with a significant air raid occurring on Ain Bourday on the outskirts of Douris.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, an airstrike by Israeli forces targeted Jabal al-Rafie in Soujoud, located in the Jezzine region, which was also subjected to artillery fire.
Additional Israeli air raids were reported on al-Salib Hill in Al-Aaishiyah, with two separate attacks occurring in this location. The town of al-Jabbour in the Kfarhouna - Jezzine region was also targeted by an Israeli air raid. In another incident, a drone strike in Rihan, Jezzine district, led to the death of one person and injured another.
In the Tyre district, an Israeli drone targeted Burj Qalaway, accompanied by increased drone activity over the Litani River banks and the broader Tyre region. The Al-Zahrani district experienced raids as enemy warplanes attacked Kawthariyat al-Siyyad. Further south, the Lebanese town of Toulin was also raided by Israeli warplanes.
Additionally, NNA correspondents noted that enemy aircraft launched an air raid on the Ain Bourday neighborhood, situated on the outskirts of Douris in Baalbek. This escalation has resulted in significant displacement, with many residents from the districts of Tyre and Bint Jbeil moving towards Sidon and Beirut.
