Israeli Airstrikes Hit Nabatieh District Towns, Causing Casualties and Destruction

Nabatieh: Israeli enemy warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes from shortly after midnight until the morning hours, targeting several towns in the Nabatieh district, including Mayfadoun and the al-Bayyad neighborhood in Nabatieh.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in Toul, an airstrike destroyed Imam al-Mahdi Mosque on the road to Bilal Fahs Secondary School, killing its muezzin, Mahdi Fahs. Additional strikes targeted the vicinity of the Baqiat Allah religious seminary and the area near al-Bashir Mosque, destroying a residential building.

Airstrikes also destroyed two houses in Kfartabnit and a building in Jibshit, where two people were reported killed.

Further strikes hit Shoukine, Kfarreman and the Tabline road between Kfarreman and Habboush, as well as the al-Hamzeh neighborhood in Nabatieh, while the towns of Qaqqaiyat al-Jisr and Aainata were also targeted.
