Beirut: Israeli warplanes on Monday carried out multiple airstrikes, targeting the plain of Housh al-Rafqa west of Baalbek. Additional raids struck the outskirts of Dbaal and Maarakeh, as well as the towns of Selaa, Houla in the Marjayoun district, and Bint Jbeil. Selaa was reportedly targeted more than once.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the strikes come amid continued aerial escalation across several regions in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa. An Israeli enemy airstrike also targeted the town of Al-Bayad in south Lebanon. Additionally, the Israeli army spokesperson threatened to bomb buildings in Badnayel and Hermel.
Israeli aircraft also launched an airstrike on a destroyed building between Sohmor and Yohmor in western Bekaa.
