Beirut: Security update reports have emerged of Israeli artillery shelling targeting the southern Lebanese town of Beit Yahoun.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the situation has intensified in the Marjeyoun district where Israeli forces have reportedly set fire to homes in the western part of a mountainous neighborhood in Al-Khiam. This development adds to the tensions in the region as local communities grapple with the ongoing hostilities.

In another alarming incident, the Tyre district has witnessed a series of explosions in the town of Al-Mansouri. The National News Agency correspondent highlighted that these successive explosions have been ongoing since the morning, raising concerns among the residents.

Further reports indicate that Israeli forces have also carried out explosions in Wadi al-Salouqi, compounding the distress in the affected areas. The situation remains volatile, with communities in southern Lebanon bearing the brunt of these military actions.
