Beit yahoun: National News Agency correspondent reported that an Israeli force advanced towards the eastern outskirts of the town of Beit Yahoun in southern Lebanon this afternoon. The invading force consisted of three Merkava tanks and two D9 bulldozers.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the incursion coincided with the firing of two artillery shells and a heavy search operation in the town. The movement of military equipment and the accompanying artillery fire have raised tensions in the area. The situation on the ground remains fluid as reports continue to emerge from the region.
