In a separate incident in Nabatieh, homes were destroyed in Khiam's western neighborhood near the Al-Mabarrat schools, resulting in multiple explosions and heavy smoke. The agency further detailed that Israeli forces deliberately set fire to agricultural lands and properties in the town, leading to the spread of the fires across various areas. These actions occurred alongside ongoing Israeli military movements in the region, raising tensions and caution among the local population. The continuation of Israeli military actions comes despite a US-sponsored framework agreement signed on June 26 between Beirut and Tel Aviv.
