Beirut: Israeli enemy forces on Friday carried out an explosion in the Mansouri-Majdal Zoun area, south of Tyre, coinciding with artillery shelling of Mansouri. The shells were fired from Israeli positions in Tayr Harfa and Chamaa.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, an Israeli warplane struck the outskirts of Baraachit in the Bint Jbeil district, targeting a house. In Khiam, heavy and medium machine-gun fire was reported amid movements by Israeli military vehicles inside the town. Israeli forces also blew up a house in the Jallahiyeh area of Khiam, as military movements and bursts of gunfire continued in several neighborhoods.

After 2 a.m., Israeli warplanes carried out strikes on Mansouri, where a series of large explosions were also reported overnight, with the blasts heard across towns and villages in southern Lebanon. Israeli forces also carried out explosions in the towns of Hadatha and Tiri in the Bint Jbeil district.

Israeli warplanes had earlier conducted mock air raids over the city of Tyre and surrounding towns and villages.
