Beirut: Israel's special forces conducted a military operation in Lebanon overnight in an attempt to locate "findings related to the missing navigator Ron Arad. Despite their efforts, no findings related to Arad were discovered at the search site. The statement emphasized that the search for Arad will continue "relentlessly, day and night."
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Arad is presumed dead after he disappeared in 1986 when he ejected from his plane over Lebanon. The overnight raid by Israeli forces took place in the eastern part of the country.
