Amman: Jordanian defense systems have intercepted missiles that entered the air-space in the country’s capital, Amman, as well as northern areas. This development comes amid heightened tensions in the region.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the incident in Jordan coincides with air raid sirens continuing to blare in and around the city of Tel Aviv in Israel. This situation follows the announcement by the IRGC of a sixth wave of attacks on Israel and 27 US bases in the Middle East. These actions are in response to the assassination of the country’s supreme leader and top security officials.
