Beirut: Former Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblatt called once again on the relevant authorities to establish new shelter centers, warning that the current hardship is likely to be prolonged.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in a post on X, Jumblatt wrote: "As we await a ceasefire, and in the hope that the negotiations statement will include confirmation of an Israeli withdrawal, we once again call on the concerned authorities to establish new shelter centers, as this ordeal is a long one."
