Beirut:Justice Minister Adel Nassar met with the German Ambassador to Lebanon, Thomas Zahneisen, for discussions centered on enhancing bilateral cooperation between Lebanon and Germany.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting, which took place at the Ministry of Justice, focused on strengthening cooperation in the judicial field. This visit marked Ambassador Zahneisen's protocol visit upon assuming his diplomatic duties in the country.

The discussions also highlighted Germany's commitment to supporting the Lebanese Army. The ambassador assured continued long-term cooperation through various means, including financial and logistical assistance, as well as contributing to the training of army personnel.
