Beirut: Justice Minister Adel Nassar on Tuesday received French Ambassador to Lebanon Herv© Magro and a delegation from the French Embassy at his office on Monday, in the presence of the minister's adviser, lawyer Lara Saade, during a farewell visit ahead of the ambassador's departure at the end of his diplomatic mission in Lebanon.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as ways to further strengthen the longstanding historical ties between Lebanon and France. The discussions underscored the mutual commitment to enhancing diplomatic relations and cooperation on various fronts, reflecting the deep-rooted relationship between the two nations.
