Kuwait Amir congratulates Sheikh Maktoum on appointment to senior position

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammad bin Rashed al-Maktoum, the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai Emirate, on the decree issued by Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashed Al-Maktoum, the State Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler, appointing Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammad as the First Vice Ruler of Dubai Emirate.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf wished Sheikh Maktoum success in the senior position for achieving further progress and prosperity for the country, under the sagacious leadership of Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and wished him everlasting good health
