His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a condolence cable on Wednesday to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, over the passing of Princess Latifa bint Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
