Kuwait's Deputy Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met with British Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Hamish Falconer in London on Wednesday.
