Loyalty to Resistance Bloc Discusses Reconstruction and Reform with Prime Minister Salam

Beirut: A delegation from the ‘Loyalty to Resistance’ parliamentary bloc, led by Hajj Mohammad Raad, met on Wednesday with Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, at the Grand Serail in Beirut, to review the latest developments.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, MP Raad informed reporters that the discussions were positive, and during the 45-minute meeting, several major issues were resolved. The meeting emphasized the priorities for Lebanese parties, including the complete Israeli withdrawal from South Lebanon, cessation of Zionist attacks, the liberation of Lebanese prisoners, and the reconstruction project.

MP Raad mentioned an agreement with the prime minister on a preliminary step towards reconstruction, expressing hope that it will lead to further achievements. He stated that Lebanon has fulfilled its responsibilities under the ceasefire agreement, while accusing the Israeli forces of continuing their attacks and assassinations against Lebanese southerners.

Regarding the issue of resistance weaponry, MP Raad noted that discussions are ongoing with President Joseph Aoun, emphasizing that the protection of the nation remains a crucial concern.
