Beirut: Around midnight, Israeli enemy forces carried out large-scale explosions in the areas of Yohmor al-Shaqif, Arnoun, and Kfar Tebnit. The blasts echoed across all of southern Lebanon with unprecedented intensity, with the shockwaves reaching the Iqlim al-Kharroub and Khaldeh areas.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the violent explosions that occurred in the vicinity of Qalaat al-Shaqif shattered the windows of several homes in the town of Al-Qlayaa due to the force of the blasts and the tremors felt throughout the area.
The explosions also caused damage to several homes. Residents said that the blasts were extremely loud and were accompanied by a powerful shockwave that shook the town, while the smell of gunpowder spread through the air.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces conducted a sweep operation last night on the outskirts of the towns of Al-Mansouri and Boyout al-Siyyad in the Tyre district, and targeted the town of Al-Mansouri with several artillery shells.
The sound of enemy tanks were also heard on the Barashit Hill toward the town of Ainata in the Bint Jbeil district. Powerful explosions and strong tremors were also heard across both the eastern and western sectors.
At midnight between Thursday and Friday, the Israeli enemy carried out an unprecedented explosion in the area between Al-Shaqif Castle and the eastern outskirts of the town of Yahmar Al-Shaqif, causing powerful vibrations and sounds that were heard across southern regions reaching the Iqlim al-Kharroub and Khaldeh areas, and sparking an atmosphere of tension among residents.
