Beirut: Iran's Revolutionary Guards announced on Friday that they had struck two tankers attempting to navigate the strategic Strait of Hormuz under the "air escort" of the U.S. military. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the IRGC reported that the "non-compliant oil tankers... were struck and brought to a halt." Additionally, four other oil tankers reportedly altered their course and returned to their previous positions, avoiding potential confrontation.
