Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, contacted North Governor, Judge Ramzi Nohra, the Governor of Tripoli, Riad Yamaq, and the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces, after circulating on social media a video showing a building in danger of collapsing near Nijemh Square in the city of Tripoli, asking for immediate measures to be taken to protect the residents of the building and ensure their safety.

Mawlawi demanded that he be provided with the necessary studies and reports on the condition of the aforementioned building.

In this context, and after confirming the accuracy of the information, Nohra asked Tripoli Mayor to evacuate the building, which is in danger of collapsing.
