Beirut: Minister of Information, Attorney Paul Morcos, on Tuesday received Minister of Justice, Attorney Adel Nassar, in his office at the ministry. Following the meeting, Minister Morcos said, in response to a question, that "the visit came as part of the ongoing coordination between the Ministries of Information and Justice, during which the current general developments were discussed."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Morcos stressed the importance of safeguarding public freedoms, particularly media freedoms, which he said the ministry is keen to preserve in implementing the new Media Law. Morcos described the meeting as "very positive."
