MINISTER OF EDUCATION VISITS KFARHAZIR PUBLIC SCHOOL, AFFIRMS OFFICIAL EXAMS ON TIME

Caretaker Minister of Education, Abbas Al-Halabi, on Friday inspected Kfarhazir Public School as part of a tour to public and secondary schools in the North Governorate.

Al-Halabi saluted in a speech the people of Koura and the region’s administrative and educational bodies.

“This visit aims to inspect the condition of public schools because they are the present and future of the country,” the Education Minister said, noting that “this tour is among many others that will be completed within the next two weeks prior to the official exams that will take place on time.”

He stressed that a decision had been taken to hold official exams this year due to the pressing need to assess the educational level of Lebanese students, especially two years after the Coronavirus pandemic which had been coupled with a ruthless economic crisis.

The Education Minister finally promised teachers to improve their conditions.
