Beirut: Water and Energy Minister Joe Al-Saddi, on Tuesday met in his office at the ministry, European Union director-general for the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf Michael Karnitschnig, and an accompanying delegation. The discussion reportedly addressed the reform steps being taken in the electricity, water, and sanitation sectors in Lebanon.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Saddi also received Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon, Murat Ltem, in his office at the Ministry. The meetings highlight ongoing diplomatic engagements and efforts to reform key infrastructure sectors in Lebanon, amid broader regional interactions.
