Beirut: Minister of Culture Dr. Ghassan Salameh received Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon, Sultan Al-Sharji, at his office in the National Library in Sanayeh during a protocol visit. Their discussions focused on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, along with bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the realm of cultural cooperation.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Ambassador Al-Sharji expressed optimism following the meeting, indicating that "the coming phase will witness a new beginning between the two countries in all fields." He praised Minister Salameh, recalling his valuable contributions to literature that were familiar to many since their student days. Ambassador Al-Sharji emphasized the opportunity this meeting provided to exchange views and perspectives, anticipating a new era of cooperation that would benefit both nations.
