Morcoss Commends Charity Radio and TV for Their Role in Promoting Spiritual and National Values

Maameltein: “Charity Radio” and “Charity TV” Stations celebrated their 41st anniversary with a dinner banquet under the patronage of Information Ministry Paul Morcos, held at the Atlal Plaza – Golden Ballroom Restaurant. The event featured a tribute to the Patriarchal Vicar General for the Maronite region of Jounieh, Bishop Antoine Nabil Andary.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Morcos expressed his satisfaction at being part of the event, highlighting its significance in combining a purposeful media message with a tribute to a spiritual and national leader, Bishop Antoine Nabil Andary. Morcos praised Bishop Andary’s contributions over the past six years as Chairman of the Episcopal Committee for Media, noting his role in addressing both ecclesiastical and national media matters.

Morcos acknowledged Bishop Andary’s achievements in organizing and managing media outlets associated with the Church. He emphasized the importance of ecclesiastical media as a platform for both truth and interaction between the Church and society, bridging faith and reality.

Morcos remarked on the significance of celebrating Charity Radio and TV, crediting these media outlets for effectively promoting love, hope, and reinforcing spiritual and national values amidst challenging times. He lauded their efforts to maintain media’s integrity, asserting that it should serve humanity by spreading hope and faith rather than misleading the public.
