Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday received at Baabda Palace, MP Ziad Hawat, who affirmed his support for the current tenure and the course led by President Aoun.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, MP Hawat also emphasized "the necessity of holding parliamentary elections on their constitutional date, as they represent a national and constitutional entitlement," urging "Lebanese citizens, both residents and expatriates, to participate massively in these elections to help shape the future of their country."
