Baabda Palace: MP Bilal Heshaimi has named Najib Mikati during the binding parliamentary consultations to designate a new prime minister at Baabda Palace on Monday.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the consultations are part of the constitutional process to appoint a new head of government. Najib Mikati, a seasoned politician with previous experience as prime minister, received the endorsement of MP Bilal Heshaimi during these discussions.
