Tripoli: The Municipal Council of Tahala appealed this morning, Friday, to all institutions, organizations and humanitarian associations to contribute to the rescue efforts in the municipality amid the continued flow of the torrent and the complete interruption of electricity, communication networks and Internet. The council announced, in a statement on its page on the social networking site, that it has provided assistance to everyone who arrived in Tahala, but it is waiting for an increase in the amount of aid due to the damage caused by the heavy rains.
