Doha: Adviser to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Majed bin Mohammed al-Ansari, announced that negotiations between Oman and Iran on matters concerning the Strait of Hormuz have reached an advanced stage. He stated that both countries have provided positive feedback regarding the progress of these discussions.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the ongoing talks are focused on enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between Oman and Iran in relation to the strategic waterway. Both nations are reportedly committed to ensuring stability and security in the region, with Qatar playing an intermediary role in facilitating dialogue.
