PM Nawaf Salam Receives Newly Appointed Lebanese Ambassadors to Chile, Hungary

Beirut: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, on Tuesday received at the Grand Serail the newly appointed Lebanese Ambassadors to Chile, Hazem Abdel Samad, and Hungary, Jimmy Doueihy, before their departure to assume their posts abroad.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the meeting was held to facilitate discussions and provide guidance to the new ambassadors as they prepare to represent Lebanon in their respective countries. The appointments come as part of Lebanon’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its diplomatic relations with nations across the globe.

The ambassadors are expected to focus on enhancing bilateral ties, promoting economic cooperation, and supporting the Lebanese diaspora in Chile and Hungary. Their roles will also include fostering cultural exchanges and working towards mutual interests in international forums.

The Lebanese government has emphasized the importance of these diplomatic missions in furthering Lebanon’s foreign policy objectives. The new ambassadors have expressed their commitment to serving the country and advancing its international standing.
