Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Monday affirmed to a delegation from the Tashnag Party that "contacts are ongoing both domestically and internationally to establish security and stability in the South through the negotiations via the 'Mechanism' committee."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, President Aoun emphasized the necessity for everyone to demonstrate a sense of patriotism and responsibility. He highlighted that national unity is crucial in strengthening the Lebanese position, especially during ongoing negotiations.
