Beirut: President Joseph Aoun congratulated the Lebanese people on the arrival of Ramadan, saying: “It is beautiful that the start of the blessed month of Ramadan for our Muslim brothers coincides with the beginning of Lent for Christians in two days. This allows Lebanese of all religions to share in the spiritual values embodied by fasting.”
