Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Thursday received Russian Ambassador to Lebanon Alexander Rudakov at Baabda Palace. They discussed local and regional developments, as well as preparations for the upcoming Arab-Russian Forum at the level of foreign ministers, which will be held in Russia, and Lebanon's participation in it.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration and communication between Lebanon and Russia. The discussions aimed to ensure effective participation of Lebanon in the forum, reflecting the country's commitment to engage in international diplomatic efforts.

The Arab-Russian Forum will serve as a platform for dialogue between Arab nations and Russia, focusing on strengthening ties and addressing mutual interests in the region.
