Beirut: Lebanon's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, has arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to participate in the 166th session of the Council of the League of Arab States held at the ministerial level.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, Minister Raggi will deliver Lebanon's word during the opening session and will hold a series of meetings on the sidelines of the session.
