Beirut: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, on Tuesday received the newly appointed Denmark's Ambassador to Lebanon, Mette Thygesen, who presented him with a copy of her credentials. Minister Raggi welcomed the new Ambassador, wishing her success in carrying out her new diplomatic duties.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting was an opportunity to address the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Denmark. Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening and developing these relations across various fields in a manner that serves the two countries' mutual interests and further reinforces the bonds of friendship between them.
