Tripoli: Sabha Medical Center declared a state of emergency today, Thursday, to confront the repercussions of the low pressure system in the southern regions. The Director General of the Medical Center, "Ahmed Abu Aqila", requested in a circular to the directors of departments, offices, administrative and medical departments at the center to take the necessary measures and assign special committees to deal with any developments or repercussions of this low pressure system and the unprecedented weather conditions observed in the region, which led to rainfall and the flow of valleys in several areas in southern Libya.
