Beirut: Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, on Tuesday chaired a Cabinet session at the Grand Serail with the meeting getting under way shortly after 10:15 a.m. The session was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and a quorum of ministers. Also present were Banque du Liban Governor Karim Saeed, Director General of the Presidency of the Republic Dr. Antoine Choucair, and Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Judge Mahmoud Makieh.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Cabinet reviewed a range of political, economic, and administrative files amid ongoing national challenges, as part of the government's regular deliberations on state affairs.
