Salam Reviews Negotiations, Stresses Ceasefire and Protection of Key Facilities

Beirut: Information Minister, Paul Morcos, on Wednesday said Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, reviewed the negotiation track during a daily ministerial meeting at the Grand Serail, stressing the importance of a ceasefire and ensuring the continuity and safety of operations at the airport, ports, and border crossings, particularly Masnaa, alongside relief and shelter efforts.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Morcos added that Defense Minister Michel Menassa presented the field situation and Israeli attacks, including the destruction of bridges and leveling of frontline villages, as well as the Lebanese-Syrian border situation and intensified patrols in Beirut, especially along the airport road.

He said the death toll has reached 2,124, with 6,921 wounded.
