Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam's media office announced that the Prime Minister will travel to Luxembourg on Tuesday to meet with EU foreign ministers, noting that the visit comes at the invitation of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Ms. Kaja Kallas. PM Salam will then head to Paris to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meetings are part of a broader diplomatic effort to strengthen ties and discuss key issues of mutual interest between Lebanon and the European Union. The visit to Luxembourg and subsequent meeting in Paris highlight the importance of diplomatic dialogues in addressing regional challenges and exploring opportunities for cooperation.
The Prime Minister's agenda is expected to cover a range of topics, including economic collaboration, security concerns, and cultural exchanges. The discussions with EU foreign ministers and President Macron aim to reinforce Lebanon's position on the international stage and seek support for ongoing national initiatives.
