Beirut: Culture Minister, Ghassan Salameh, on Thursday received Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon Sultan Al-Sharji at the National Library in Sanayeh during a protocol visit. The meeting addressed developments in Lebanon and the region, along with bilateral relations across various sectors, particularly culture.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, following the meeting, Ambassador Al-Sharji stated that the coming period would witness "a new launch" in cooperation between Lebanon and Kuwait across all fields. He expressed honor in meeting Minister Salameh, whose writings he had followed since his student years. Discussions reportedly focused on exchanging views on future cooperation serving the interests of both countries and peoples.
