Security Update: Israeli Strikes Intensify Across South Lebanon Amid New Evacuation Warnings

Beirut: Israeli enemy artillery shelling on Monday targeted the town of Qallawaya in Bint Jbeil district, while machine-gun fire was directed at the outskirts of Naqoura in the western sector before dawn. Airstrikes on the town of Abbah killed two people and wounded five others, while Israeli warplanes repeatedly struck Kfarreman and Toul in Nabatieh district, launching multiple raids within less than an hour. Additional strikes targeted Yahmar al-Shaqif, Kfartebnit, the vicinity of the orphanage area in Choukine and areas near Rahhal shops in Toul. Intermittent artillery shelling also hit Yahmar Arnoun, Kfartebnit, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, and Mifdoun. An Israeli drone strike targeted the town of Haris in Bint Jbeil district.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Israeli army issued urgent evacuation warnings for residents of Reihan in Jezzine district, Kfarreman, Nmiriyeh, Arabsalim, Jmaijmeh, Mashghara, Qlayaa in the western Bekaa, and Harouf. Meanwhile, Hezbollah stated that it targeted an Israeli force positioned inside a house in the Biader al-Faqani area of Taybeh using two attack drones, adding that Israeli forces later moved in to evacuate casualties.
