Vice Head of the Islamic Supreme Shiite Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, on Monday received at the Council’s headquarters, French Ambassador to Lebanon, Anne Grillo, who offered condolences on the passing of Imam Sheikh Abdul-Amir Qabalan, on behalf of the French government.
