A security source announced that the security and personnel affairs detachments affiliated with the Ministry of Interior in Kirkuk were able to arrest six members of the Kirkuk Rescue Patrol while bargaining with a citizen for sums of money in exchange for his release and in flagrante delicto (bribery).
