Beirut: The subcommittee on the Banking Reform Law convened on Tuesday under the leadership of MP Ibrahim Kanaan. The meeting saw the participation of Finance Minister Yassine Jaber, Economy Minister Amer Bsat, Central Bank Governor Karim Souaid, and the Chair of the Banking Control Commission, Maya Dabbagh.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the meeting primarily focused on discussions surrounding the proposed Banking Reform Law.
