Syrian Army Seizes Narcotics on Lebanon Border

Sana: Syrian Army seizes quantities of narcotics on borders with Lebanon: The Syrian Defense Ministry's Media and Communications Department announced that Syrian Arab Army border guard forces have seized quantities of drugs in separate operations along the Syrian-Lebanese border since the beginning of September.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the seizures included approximately 32 kilograms of Cannabis, along with a shipment of around 194,000 Captagon pills.

The ministry said the operations also resulted in the arrest of several smugglers, who, along with the seized drugs, were handed over to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures.
