SYRIA’S AL-ASSAD GRANTS GENERAL AMNESTY FOR CRIMES COMMITTED BEFORE DECEMBER 21,2022

President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday Legislative Decree No. (24) of 2022 granting a general amnesty for crimes committed before December 21, 2022.

The Amnesty included crimes of the internal and external desertion from military service and penalties of misdemeanors
