Tehran: Tehran’s City Council has approved, by majority vote, the renaming of ‘Khaled Islambouli’ Street to ‘Martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’ Street, in honor of the Hezbollah leader.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the decision reflects a move by the city to honor the legacy of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, underscoring the strong ties between Tehran and Hezbollah. The renaming signifies a significant gesture and is part of broader efforts to strengthen cultural and political connections between the groups.
