TENSION, ANGER PREVAILS IN AL-QOBBEH

A state of tension and anger prevails in the region of al-Qobbeh today, in wake of the tragic incident of the sinking migrant boat off the coast of Tripoli yesterday night.

A number of young men are blocking roads using burning tires, especially in the Rifa and Al-Baqar neighborhoods, while gunfire is being heard every now and then within the vicinity.
