Inland temperatures: -1 to 5 degrees Celsius

Surface winds: Northerly to northwesterly, with winds gusting between 25 and 45 km/hr

Visibility: Average, worsens at high altitudes due to fog

Coastal humidity: 40 to 75%

Sea: Wavy, with surface water temperature at 18 degrees Celsius
