Bkirki: The outer courtyards of the Patriarchal Residence in Bkirki were filled in the early hours of the evening with thousands of people from Lebanon and several countries around the world, from different age groups, dominated by the youth, who raised papal and Lebanese flags in preparation for welcoming His Holiness the Pope.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, giant screens were set up in the squares, broadcasting preparations and arrangements, including hymns and evocative displays specific to the occasion, and calls advocating peace.

It is worth mentioning that the number of young participants exceeded expectations, with more than three thousand people waiting outside the edifice gates.
